This is just the same rinse and repeat cap raise he has been using for years to make use of franking credits, damn clever if you ask me as it wont be long before some DH government actually does do away with franking credits.
Smart companies are acting to protect the interests of their shareholders in this regard, the best way to do this is not let them accumulate indefinitely.
