So on the 16th of August on HotCopper in a post I said that I was going to request a Battery Minerals Shareholders Share Register, the following Monday I did this. On the 20th of August I had a phone call from Jeremy Sinclair for over half an hour. We talked about my BAT Shareholder Register request and what motivated me to take this step. I told Jeremy that I was very concerned by the rate of spending by Battery Minerals and my view that we should wait for the Graphite market to mature and catch up with where Battery Minerals was. We both agreed that Battery Minerals was a good asset, with Battery Minerals drilling and sample results, Battery Mineral's basic infrastructure and accommodation assets and BAT's future plans once it gets finance. We did go around in circles for some time on near sort of agreements and differences. The basis is I want BAT to stretch out the $6 Million in the bank to two years and Jeremy said even with budget cuts it would be less. Jeremy said that he didn't want the details of our conversation reported on HotCopper which I agreed to. There was a lot said in a 30 to 40 minute phone call much of which I have to leave out at Jeremy's request. From the phone call with Jeremy Sinclair I got the opinion that he isn't a salesman but is a practical hands on fella who just wants to build a processing plant and start production of Graphite. After the phone call with Jeremy Sinclair I felt a lot of good will had been built.
Later on the 20th of August I received an email from Tony Walsh, every bit of good will that my discussion with Jeremy Sinclair had built by phone was shot to shit.
Tony Walsh wanted more detail and reasons for my request, I had already supplied my full name, my address, stated that I was a Shareholder in Battery Minerals and gave reasons why for my request.

I have requested the Shareholders Share Register of a company before but this is the first time I have had to pay for it. In my first request I gave a number of reasons but to keep it simple this time I got to the guts of it and said it was to do a mail out to Battery Minerals Shareholders to see how much support there was to remove Flanagan from the BAT Board and that my intention was to remove Flanagan from the BAT Board.
This has all been a drawn out and frustrating process. In the last couple of weeks I have watched the BAT Share price fall to unimaginable lows. Legally I believe that I should receive a copy of the BAT Shareholders Share Register by next Friday. In my latest email I requested the bank account details for Atomic, the company who holds the Battery Minerals Shareholders Register to pay the $250 but somehow I'm guessing I'm in for more of a fuk around. I'm a very patient fella, I can wait, I won't loss focase. This is going to be a long drawn out process but needs to be done.

    Thats it.
