Both these companies have nothing tangible.. merely concepts, ideas and licences. I personally think the Oakajee project is a more remote likelihood of every happening than Mbalam is of happening.
Basically both these companies are reliant on each other and they will fly or die together.
As an SDL shareholder I was very positive when ANS came into the game over a year ago as they actually started to make something happen.... or seemed to! Prior to that there was virtually no tangible progress.
But my optimism has now turned to cynicism (and I am naturally a very positive person!) as while I appreciate China and Africa are both difficult markets... I cannot fathom how ANS has (or been allowed to) to drag this out for over 12 months with still no Chinese NDRC investment approval... 12 months!!!! ANS has pulled together some supposed big Chinese players... but nothing seems to have moved even an inch forward!
Unlike others... I do not think 1 of these companies is superior to the other...... I feel they both share the same levels of incompetent management and both have no plan B to keep the company's afloat should Africa not happen.
I still remain hopeful these 2 companies can pull something off...... hopeful.... but now with not much confidence!!

The only doubt I see is what your company is bringing to the table..
