so green Forrest sells a lot of Aussie products to China 59 million worth
we own 50% two JAT directors are on the board and can appoint the chairman.
we hope to use the GF distribution network to sell our in house products and increase revenue and sales.
we paid 2 million in cash for GF to the owners of GF + 40,000,000 sharers that's another 2.4 million at today's prices.
plus another 4 million because it did over 1.8 million p[profit. (deal was if NBIT is 1.8 Plus at end of financial year 2019 hey get an extra 4 Mil, 2 in cash and 2 mil in shares at 70%vwap (is that another 47 million shares?)
Jat and GF chip in 4mill together (equal portions) to fund the expansion of operations at GF
the two owners of GF are now employed for 3 years and are paid 150,000 plus super (not an over the top amount) (they do get 4.4 million in payout though to split, probably a fair price for 50% of a business with such a big turnover but not for a business with such low profit %, my thoughts )
payout to be funded via cash flow or if we don't have the cash flow additional funds can be raised via private placement or pro rata rights mid to late 19
so questions, does the 1.9 EBITDA entitle them to the earrings of the 1.8m NPBIT or do they fall under because Net Profit was under 1 million
if everything JAT is going to sell is to be sold through GF, JAT can only ever capture 50% of the profits, or 51%from the Sunnya direct sales (would they try make Neurio with ANMA to sell to SUNNYA to the onsell to GF to sell to people?
Keeping the price as low as possible would make the issued shares a lot more than if the price was up? this mornings one sale at .06 was not done by any of us
we need to work out how much money these guys expect to make selling through GF next financial should be able to increase revenue as i imagine they have not sold any neurio or gk through it before? and then also make some healthy profits under ANMA or GF because we have captured the manufactures margin
the plot thickens, we need to keep discussion on track and work our way towards the truth and profitability for share holders
