Let me stress this point again. We do not know if the climate is going to cool or warm from now on over the lobg term. You can't prove cooling by extrapolating from the recent past, or warming by extrapolation from further back, no more than trying to predict where the DOW will be in 6 months time by extrapolating its chart. All we can say is the climate will change - that's a safe bet.
