The way I see it, if the two options are:
1. We don't do it and we are likely to go bust.
2. We do it and we significantly increase our chances of weathering the storm.
How can it be viewed as negative given the alternative? Any way. I appreciate your take. Truth is time will tell whether this was a good move or not. As a holder I personally feel at ease knowing some of that debt will be handled by this CR.
