My two cents worth for what it worth, as exholder looking for bottom to reenter in future, the key to sp positive after CR is management convincing market it has all the money it could possible need.
Should of raised excess in good times. Excess can always be used to do takeovers later!
If the amount raised looks like a bandaid so to speak, then negative sp can be expected,imo.
Unfortunately for holders.
