I'd suggest they are already at $1bil GPTV run rate or there abouts as of end of August.
$100mil EBIT? What would that take, hard to say but if you looked at the card processing and EMA businesses combined then I'd say it would require GPTV of $5-6bil+ with healthy flow of that into the EMAs.
$5bil GPTV is a drop in the ocean globally though in the target sectors of ISX.
The AU market share alone that NAB previously serviced was $30bil+
You need to monitor merchant and EMA approvals as indicators of next year and beyond.
