I wonder if there is any common or commercial law remedies for us shareholders. As in suing them for negligence, wanton neglect of fiduciary duties, manipulation of a position of power to profit at the expense of shareholders. Some of us here should know how these issues can be legally challenged. Maybe having a thousand individual law suits would put the wind up them. Interested in others thoughts preferably the with legal knowledge.
