1% of EV/99% ICE if you flip it the other way around eventually will be where demand outstrips supply.

However I don't see demand outstrip supply in the hydrocarbon world with the whole world swimming in the black stuff. Don't forget coal seam gas, oil sands, fracking oil and all those capped oil wells considered uneconomic at today's oil price. Norway is just being forward thinking because it has a surplus of $ to invest in tomorrow's technology, playing an extremely long game.

This suspension is 'telling' me, there is some problem with the quick placement. These are the likely possibilities:

Instos/SI is lukewarm and overhang cannot be filled
    Expensive placement price
Large holders in the register rejecting the placement
    The cash flow has deteriorated
    Stockpile is larger than expected
Offtake partners are rejecting bigger slice of their commitments
Recovery mitigation running into design flaws
Recovery % cannot be fixed currently

What else can cause a delay from a quick placement? I would like to think of positives but can;t find any. The LIT etf is still screwed, more like continue DCB now hitting some resistance again on the way down.
