If CArmichaels have been the big buyer then you can be sure that something is going to happen soon. I rememeber Carmichaels during the tech boom, always getting in cheap somehow before share price rocketed.
Not sure about that thread though. The originator obviously has a grudge against Chris Gale as I think most people would agree his performance in building SWT in the last 18 minths has been pretty outstanding. And also checking the books from the half yearly report, SWT is in a pretty strong position financially. So given those two points are crap, not sure how legit his takeover rumour would be.
