The USD508m includes orthopaedics and some other gear not directly comparable to BTM, though the text emphasises tissue product. It also in includes international sales. Integra does confirm they are market leader, which I assume means US only.
That was the basis of my pure stab at US$300 million, being BTM equivalent sales in US for the "market leader".
My thinking is, if PNV now has " the better mousetrap", PNV should be able to eventually take that leading market share, or more.
I suspect PNV has commissioned detailed market research on this.
