I have been thinking more about the takeover scenario.
The YAG rebranding to AMM - Altech Advanced Minerals makes the longterm intention clear IMO.

Let's assume tomorrow 130m new shares are placed to SMS as per their commitment.
SOI go to 873m
Wilhelm Zours (via Balaton and Delphi) currently owns 121.16m shares which would be 13.8% of ATC.
SMS would own 187.4m shares or ~21.5%
Melewar Group ~ 3.8% (excluding the 18.4m shares they haven't paid for yet)
That gives the Germans a combined holding of 35.3%.
Add on the A3Y investors and Melewar and the non-Australian investors are getting closer to 50%.
If we do have another CR in Q4 Wilhelm Zours may well increase his holding.
If AAM gains the full 49% of Altech Chemicals Pty Ltd, it could easily raise more cash in the future to make a bid to buy the other 51%.
The non-Australian holders could vote as a block to support that bid and if it's attractive enough Australian holders would also say yes.
Pay us out or allocate shares in AAM.
The whole thing could be done seamlessly.
Starting to get an even stronger German smell. Talk about the second plant in Germany adds to that feeling.
The Longer-term strategy for the Company to increase its exposure to European investors and to service the growing European EV/battery market with 4N HPA.
I think this is the long term plan post plant #1 ramp-up.
We (Australia) may once again be consigned to just digging stuff up.
