I think the following may be the grand plan for Norwood . Currently they have six pilot systems in place , we are expecting a deal worth between 1 to 1.5 million , this maybe these telcos signing deals , Sparks upfront was $244,000 . Oracle seem to have a track record of taking over established companies with a revenue stream ( ie Aconex , Australian business , cloud based , construction industry , 1.2 billion ).
A takeover may be 3 to 4 years away once a revenue stream established . Norwood will need to raise capital to roll out new systems in the near future . This 3 to 4 year window will allow the staff reward program to come into effect . However you look at it , interesting times ahead IMO
