IMO it seems, that stating the planned production figures, indicates they are not planning to off load any equity (yet).
Perhaps, this statement should be read in relation to the finance positioning help.
Why state there planned future production figures, as part of the finance is selling some equity?
Somehow, I think they have their house in order and are letting WPL know this via these statements.
Hence the big salary (bonus) for the new man. AIMHO.
