    I am sure that the due diligence that Oracle is conducting and the fact that Spark deal has been signed your timeline of aquisition of a three to four year timeframe will be considerably shorter than this.Considering the suite of product Nor can offer and the AI potential this company will be on Oracle's aquisition radar sooner than later.Why 1.2 bil in 3 to 4 years if your due diligence shows a clear pathway to customer uptake now.All imo.
