Nah, I agree on that.
It's an excellent raise under circumstances.
Gives PLS cash to rectify and optimize plant, security against insolvency in these rough conditions and money to proceed with Posco deal.
Having operating cash and cutting down costs/optimizing is of life or death importance with current depressed spod demand/prices.
I see it as proactive move against further possible softening in the market, which in my books is good thing.
