Why to sell 49% of the company, at poor valuations, if you don't need 300M ? Under current environment you sell just what's needed to survive ( as you would do with your Super when retired under bear market conditions), then start getting positive results: higher recoveries and lower production costs, regular shippings to offtakers, good quality product, etc and the share price will lock after itself.
