VMK. If you could ask them if they think its appropriate to be spending 3.7 million on travel and entertainment, a huge amount for a company this size its more than they spent on marketing!

They spent 25% of the cash on hand on travel and entertainment. This is just the most blatent over expense example, I wont even get into other examples, but would be curious to see how management would respond to this.
