Given management are going for a deal that is predominantly debt funded, does that mean that the financier will get an equity portion or is it likely to be up to existing shareholders to raise the balance of cash?
I'm keen to participate in a raise when the time comes, I just don't want to invest too much more until there is some certainty around funding. Should funding progress, there is plenty of upside IMO. If it doesn't go through, I fear that I could lose my cash. Can anyone shed some light?
