The family owners of the lease (white) were in a deal with a Sth African major, this deal fell through due the Black empowerment issues. If the family did not sell before May, the lease was going to revert to the state. AIM just happened to be in the right place at the right time, many contacts within Black empowerment, the deal was OK'ed and put through.

The study was doen by the other 23% owner, not the sellers. This sahre will hit 30 - 40c within weeks when funds look at this properly.
