Yes, that announcement on 19/10/07 was rubbish - they certainly do not need 60 million, they could easily fund the exploration/seismic and on-going work through their current cash flow.
NO WAY THEY NEEDED TO DILUTE THE COMPANY BY ISSUING 80 MILLION NEW SHARES
