One measure of success for me is when I see the product on the shelf at Bunnings/Mitre10 in 5 or 25 litre containers for sale to the DIY users doing driveways and other residential projects using a barrel mixer.
Don't underestimate the volume that could be pushed through those channels to supplement the commercial applications.
