From a distance wwo men are observing proceedings under the cooling shade of trees.
Jed: what do ya reckon Billy, they're all queueing up to get in on this raise.
Bully: I dont know Jed, its risky, and their MC..... too high.
Jed: You remember Bud? He made a fortune on those Railway stocks.
Billy: Yea, but thats railways. People are always goin' to have railways.
Jed: Why are these guys raising so much, what is it? over $100?
Billy: They're worried about doing another CR at a lower price later.
Jed: And what about that mob CATL, why this deal with them?
Billy: perhaps their other offtakers dont want as much spod, who knows..
Jed (spitting): Hell, Billy, Im going to apply for a few, you know I like to wager.
Billy: Hang on there Billy, Id wait for the next cap raise if there's one… it'll be at half the price.

The two men stand still thinking, both thumbs hanging off their holsters,
staring at the queue lined up to a table where a lady was
signing and stamping sheets of paper. The sun was beating down but in the far
distance behind the lady, grey clouds were forming.
Jed: Looks like rain later.
Billy: Yea and bout time too.
