    Given cobalt plunged from about $45 lb to $13 lb and now is a brilliant $17.50 not much to get excited about. First the lithium 'hype' then the cobalt 'hype' and now the nickel 'hype' and low cobalt batteries on their way. Glencore can reopen Mutanda in a flash -same strategy as Indonesia with nickel -just a marketing ploy.
