Yep you're right - the employment of people like a mining manager is purely a smoke screen to try to convince shareholders things are moving faster than they are - seriously why would you put a mining manager on now when we are AT LEAST 24 months away from mining - and even if it's half of that, any decent mining engineer doesn't need 12 months to come up to speed on a simple open pit.
