San Quintin was held up by the courts, and I do recall the messaging from Henry was always very vague in terms of the timing of when that would be achieved. As the legal process was out of his control, he really couldn't provide a clear timeframe.
Very different with Ivory Coast, Q3 financial close has not moved once since the announcement of the contract signing in Feb19.. and was reaffirmed that it is expected to go as planned just a few weeks ago.
