It seems there is consensus that man contributes to greenhouse gas.
Consensus in science is rare
Not sure yet if there is consensus about the impact of man's contribution to greenhouse gas affecting climate rapidly. Then how can they know, we never have had an industrial revoltuon before.
Not sure CO2 is a dangerous greenhouse gas.
Proof seems to point to man only ever occupying earth during times of rare climatic stability. We have zero experience of our ablity to adapt to extreme climates as we never have had to try. Otherwise we would live on the moon.
So yes, perhaps best to err on the side of caution.
