    I find it interesting that while everyone seems to expect a higher price - the market price of shares is below the offer?
    Yes because NST are and have been for some time now, manipulating our share price for their benefit only!
    I am staggered that ASIC aren't asking for a please explain from both the BOD and management of ECHO and also the MD of NST.
    This deal stinks of collusion at its worst!
