To be fair to the directors it was the legal system that let them down. Why should such a trial take so many years before it even starts? Why did the court allow GSK to employ delay tactics?
The directors had to make a call, and they made it. I wouldn't look backwards now and focus on Biota's future. I believe it's the cheapest it's ever been allowing for developments.
