    My reading of the "German Project Equity Strategy" is that AAM will get 0% of Altech Chemicals Pty Ltd, but rather 49% of the HPA project.So I don't think they will get shares in ATC or any vote or say in ATC as a company, just 49% of the HPA project.

    That's not to say we won't be a tempting takeover target at some time in the future but I can't see that AAM would be the vehicle for it.
