Under what circumstances would a trustee want to resign?
I wonder why and when PTQ resigned and whether that had been leaked to public before Jan '08.?

Would this proceeding have been a requirement before a change of trustee could take place under the circumstances?

Remember PIF was distanced from MFS before making its
$147 mil claim against MFS/OCV.

This has gone into a space where ordinary people are in the dark and in those circumstances I fear we get nervous without some reassurance.. PIF in mind when I say that.
Surely the noteholders would want some sort of explaination regarding this juggling change??... it maybe in their inerests...right?
