Great question Seanc. One that I'm sure GFG will be pondering if the NO vote gets up. Just how much would it cost them to takeover all assets of HAV? Personally I don't think too many shareholders would say no to an offer of 25c per share. Based off the general conversation of people on this forum I think it's pretty safe to say that the majority of long term shareholders are just over the incompetence of both past and present BOD decisions. I think you'll find that the only reason they don't sell out is the lack of volume on the orders side compared to their holdings. I think most people who consider themselves a long term holder have in excess of 100k shares with some close if not in the millions.

Even at .25c a share I'd be facing an overall loss on my buy in position but I for one would take it at this stage.

I noticed in the video showing Walter's presentation he stated that they chose not to go down a takeover path because they had some perceived idea that the majority of shareholders want to see these projects come to fruition rather than just cash in. I believe they severely misinterpreted the wishes of most shareholders in this regard.
