I told him straight out my HC nic and my real name - no probs.... he aint threatening to sue or anyhting even though i have pointed out some cold hard truths about his dismal performance these last few years.... maybe if he hears directly from enough of us he will listen ?

I urge you to call and see what you can get out of him because you appear extremely articulate and smart if you dont mind me saying, and you are just the right guy i believe to probe and ask the hard questions - you know what you're talking about, so even though you obviously have every right to refuse, as a small shareholder who doesnt have your ability to verbalise our position and argue with RJ the importance of deatering and testing NOW, even though I have tried, perhaps you could have a crack at him for us and let us know how you went - up to you mate ?
