captain i think i read in the prospectus somewhere you can only use bpay if you are taking your full entitlement and not applying for any extra.
ive set it up to tranfer at the start of the month and all good.
if your using a oz bank you will have no problems as long as your not trying to transfer out of a credit card which is what the error message your refering to can somtimes mean.
