I will have to wait for more media reports..I think.

I thought todays matter was brought forward to argue a Breach had occured with PTQ representing noteholders.

Now the issue has changed to PTQ has resigned "no longer had a standing" as you put it.

I assumed that the article above was the complete out come for todays proceedings ..but you say that was just the pre lunch result..

By 'green light'to proceed, I meant given time until September for noteholders to consider OCV proposal...

I wonder if OPI NZ got together with JH/WC today...
