the aim of the ruskie is to freak the market out after all the reports of a takeover got everyones hopes up for easy cash without having to wait...

the market has been waiting for evraz to act since last week...a week is a long time , sometimes.

because evraz hasnt acted some have sold their holdings some have lowered their expectations from 120c which sage said they would consider
some have since lowered their sights to 110c and he has basically won by most lowering their sights to 90c .

Initially I expected 90c from the MCC deal.

With EVRAZ interest and their 20% interest Delongs 4% (plus their 16% worth of options)the sp should be upwards of a dollar

This sp has been manipulated for months by big players and every sharp rise has always been preceeded by a few days of falls. If Evraz wants the resource they will have to buy it ... the resource is worth more than the chinese have purchased it for and EVRAZ know it.

The lowering of the sp is to make current holders be happy with a lower amount than they expected a week ago.

expect an offer tomorrow or at latest over the weekend.

Remember they have already offered 3 guys in europe who hold 20% of the company 90c a share.So it is worth at least 90c a share plus a premium for having control.

I wonder whether they got the nod for those shares ?????

They probably did with the addition of promising them something special for chrsitmas maybe

So if we consider now they have their 20% delongs 4% (and up to 16% more from option conversion ) plus the europeans 20% ...well they dont need much more other than a nod from SAGE who owns just under 20% and few of us little investors

Its a done deal we will be bullied into accepting somewhere between 90c and 110c.

If it doesnt happen by meeting time monday i will shave my hairy legs...for the first time in about 20 years...hahahah
