Disagree. .031 is not critical. A further 3% fall from 3 cps is no cause for alarm and i give that a 50/50 chance. If the SP falls 3% a bounce is high probability. If the SP breaks downward about 6% from 3 cps and through the moving average then a large fall will follow.
