Had a relative who just came back from a trip to Beijing. He said that while BEVs were no longer subsidized, trying to get a rego for an ICE vehicle is pretty much a futile exercise. I wouldn’t be surprised if other cities around the world start bringing in a similar strategy to clean up the city.
