I strongly believe this fall in the POG is totally collected to the fact that August contracts close on 28th.

The big players do not want to be out of the money at closure, so this week is the last chance they have to get the price down.

Next week will see December contracts in play - I think we will see a very significant rise in POG during that time (perhaps even starting on Tuesday).
