SaaS stocks trade on 10 to 15 x sone do but LVT is not a SaaS business in the true sense
domestic SaaS stocks trade on a lot lower have a look at EVS or BTH or JAN a'or 360. and have no need for a raise and all own their IP and don't rely on Microsoft
all sub 7x sales
LVT is massively overvalued any fund manager will want a big discount to get involved
4x sales is generous and on my calculations I'd buy at 20 providing I acquire IP that's not being written down
The wework IPO is being deprived 50per cent lower according to the press
keep the cheerleading going and selling the dream VMK
Your analysis is good but your call has not thus far matched your skill in this department
