It could well be that there are more parties to tie up than what we know. It may be that Falcon and CVI have agreed and signed some days ago but what about Pensador stakeholders wanting to have a say about about the arrangement. What about the fact that there is a election coming up and that perhaps the timing of announcements could be linked to maximising good will amongst the voting public. Are there other parties involved who have a key stake in all of this ? Do they also need to have time to infleunce the outcome ?
