I have already indicated that the Company have advised they are after up to 50% equity and 50% debt, why do you keep mentioning a CR? Makes me wonder whether you have an association with the shorters? Most on here will see through what you are trying to do.

Care to put your money where your mouth is as regards 60 cents, or provide substantiation as regards plant finance? I'm guessing NOT.
