In hindsight North Portia could be a good indication of what is possible to achieve.
I don't think it was neccesarily a bad deal, it realised some funds, the deal was not negotiated
well in the first instance but it sold and HAV got paid, argue over whether they got screwed
but it was positive for HAV.
Just extrapolate what NPV Portia/Nth portia was and what we realised from it and translate
that to Kalkaroo (I havent done that but I have no doubt it would be more than HAV are contemplating
right now, which is in fact realising nothing for Kalkaroo)

What would Grants / Maldorky / Kalkaroo / Mutoroo (and Grants Basin with a bit more proving up) be worth on the same multiples as that transaction, I would be party to that sort of negotiation
