you're missing the big picture here wert1234 - they have absolutley no prospects and the track record of directors is appalling - so what if they have an interest in MLX, why not just invest in MLX directly??
I know I've said this before but anyone that attended the FY2006 AGM would remember when one of their directors (who shall remain nameless) thought that Denny Dalton (ie their MAJOR project at the time) was in Namibia ( when of course it in South Africa )...
Warning bells were ringing loud and clear that day and have done ever since.
