It is not true in my opinion but it almost looked like PEX SP was firmly managed at the average of 30 cents by the unknown investors, especially in the first week of September 2019.
My guess is that Jim will get some 2 000 000 options at about 30 cents which is just pure good luck.
I believe that we should grab some at this price while it is possible.
