Hatty, add to that, Fridays close at the daily and weekly high with 4x the daily volume traded. Signs of strength. IMO
a company with a $30m market cap getting a $9m grant would surely attract some interest accross the broader market.
the daily volumes are relatively very low hence wont take much to break upwards especially if a cornerstone investor from say Japan comes onboard.
