    What it needs is to be taken over and a new management team and board installed. Unfortunately it won’t happen as more than 50% of the stock on issue is held by the top 20 Shareholders, many of whom have a large financial investment in the company, a takeover at current levels would possibly see them realise considerable losses. IMHO
