I would hate to see what the final costs of this hard sell are going to be. If Walter & Co. deplete the funds too much then there will be financial issues even with a YES vote.
I wouldn't be surprised if they all jump ship with a NO vote prevailing as the books will likely be ugly by then. It's a pity there will be no accountability for their actions and they will just turn up on another BOD sooner or later.
