you can't take the view that "i bought in at 40 therefore the directors have no right to raise at 20/25/30" - Without raising significant funds the project is dead and then you will see some real share price erosion - As an investor you need to be aware that funds are fairly low and that they need to raise to continue and develop the projects - i think it was back in february that there was an announcement regarding a future raising - back then 20c was still way over the horizon.

You can't run a company on the basis of the day to day share price - especially on a day when the market has completely shat itself.
